How it works
DouJou runs entirely inside each customer’s own cloud account — never DouJou’s, and never a partner’s. A partner integration doesn’t receive a copy of a customer’s data; it asks a governed question and gets a governed answer, every time.
The surface: one governed endpoint
Your product sends a structured question to DouJou’s console for a specific customer, on behalf of a specific named person at that customer. DouJou answers only what that person is allowed to see — the same permission boundary that person’s own DouJou login respects.
Scoped, never a superset
There is no "ask anything about this customer" mode for a partner integration. Every call is delegated to one real person’s access, so a partner can never see more than that person could see by logging in themselves.
Verifiable, not just claimed
Answers can be backed by re-running the underlying check against the customer’s live environment, rather than trusting a one-off snapshot — so a partner’s product can show its work, not just an assertion.
The customer turns it on — not DouJou, not you
Creating a partner account here sets up your side of the integration. A specific customer only starts sending you real data once THEY install your integration from their own add-on catalog, and they can remove it just as easily. One-way today: DouJou answers questions from partners; DouJou calling out to a partner’s own systems doesn’t exist yet.
Where things stand
The partner portal — your account, this page — is live today. The credential and activity-log system that actually connects your product to a live customer is still being built; your dashboard will say so honestly until it isn’t.
